Sunlight Philosophies

This is my view when washing the dishes.  I took the pigeon photo once in London.  The postcard comes from a forgotten place and the bottom note comes out of a magazine many moons ago.  What is your view when washing the dishes?

How about a shelf full of handmade jugs of every shape and pattern, or, if I look below that, a long wooden fish on the wall.
Saying that, though, it’s not a view I often look at, as I have a dishwasher, and a good husband who usually washes up. 🙂

Depending on the time of day, I may be looking into the faces of little Oliver or Lucy sitting on the bar stools in front of me (telling me some kind of story)…or otherwise I am looking through the dining room and out the window the other side. 🙂
